How can we help?

Every question about the tools, plans, refunds and privacy, in one place.

Account, plans and billing

Open the tool
  • It usually arrives within a minute. Check spam and promotions, and that the address is spelled right. Each link works once, for 15 minutes; ask for a new one if it expired.

  • Account → Manage billing → Cancel. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

  • Yes, if you were charged after cancelling, for a renewal you report within 14 days and haven't used, if the service was down for a week, or within 14 days of your first payment if you live in the EU or UK. The refund policy has the details.

  • Account → Delete account. Your email, saved lists and tracked accounts are deleted at once. Cancel a paid plan first, or we'll stop it for you.

  • No. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, and we never sell data. The privacy policy lists exactly what we keep and for how long.

  • We never touch your Instagram account: no login, nothing posted, liked or followed. Public content is read from our side, so nothing links it to you.

  • One lookup is one account or one post link. Opening that account's stories, highlights, posts and reels again the same day (or, on a paid plan, the same month) doesn't count again.

  • Every day at midnight UTC. Paid plans get a monthly allowance that refills on the 1st.

  • Yes, from your account page in two taps. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you're never charged again.

  • No. We look at public accounts from our side, so your name never appears in their story viewers, on any plan.

  • It keeps the account on your account page, so its stories are one tap away on any device. Switch on story alerts and we email you when it posts a new story.

  • Never. You sign in with your email only. Any site asking for your Instagram password is one to avoid.

Story viewer

Open the tool
  • No. Your browser never talks to Instagram. Our server fetches the public story, so your name never appears in their viewer list.

  • No. Type a username and the stories appear. We never ask for your Instagram login.

  • No. Private accounts are private, and we don't try to get around that. You'll see their name, photo and counts only.

  • Stories disappear after 24 hours. If the account posted none in that time there's nothing to show, but their highlights stay up.

  • Yes. Open a story and tap Download to save the photo or video in its original quality.

  • Yes, 3 lookups a day for free. Plans add more lookups and the full report on every account.

  • The HD profile photo, name, bio, link, verified badge, posts, followers and following counts, live stories and highlights.

  • Yes. Tap HD profile photo to download it at the largest size Instagram stores.

  • No. Your browser never talks to Instagram. Our server fetches the public story, so your name never appears in their viewer list.

  • No. Private accounts are private, and we don't try to get around that. You'll see their name, photo and counts only.

  • In Instagram, tap the three dots or the share button on the post, choose Copy link, then paste it here. Or type the account's username and pick from its posts and reels.

  • The largest version Instagram stores: photos usually 1080 px wide, videos in the resolution they were posted in.

  • Yes. Open the carousel and tap All to save each photo and video one after another.

  • No. Nothing is liked, followed or viewed from your account. Instagram never learns who saved it.

  • No. Only public accounts. Private stays private, and we don't get around it.

  • Downloads are for your own use. Ask the creator before reposting their work, and credit them.

  • Type the username above, tap Download all, choose stories, highlights, posts and reels, and how many. Everything is saved as one ZIP file, in folders.

  • Up to the latest 60 posts and 60 reels, plus the live stories and every highlight.

  • To stay within the limits that keep the service fast for everyone. It waits a few seconds and carries on by itself.

  • No. Nothing is liked, followed or viewed from your account, and you don't log in.

  • No. Only public accounts can be downloaded.

Reels to MP3

Open the tool
  • Copy the reel's link in Instagram (Share, then Copy link), paste it above and tap MP3. The sound is saved as an MP3 file you can play anywhere.

  • Yes. You get exactly the sound the reel plays, whatever it is.

  • On your own phone or computer, in seconds. The video isn't sent anywhere to be converted.

  • No. Nothing is liked, followed or viewed from your account. You don't log in at all.

  • Music and voices belong to their owners. Saving a sound for yourself is one thing; publishing it again may need the owner's permission.

Unfollowers

Open the tool
  • Drop two Instagram files from different days, an older one and a new one, and we list everyone who left in between. Or save today's lists to your account, and next time one new file is enough.

  • It's the only way to see your followers without giving anyone your password. Instagram gives every user this file for free, and it holds your full followers and following lists.

  • No. It's opened and read on your own phone or computer. If you choose to save your lists, only the usernames and follow dates are kept, and you can delete them any time.

  • JSON works best, HTML works too. Set Date range to All time, so older followers aren't left out. Under Customise information you can pick just Followers and following, so the file is small and arrives sooner.

  • No. Nothing is sent to Instagram or to them. You're reading your own data.

  • Your file is a snapshot of the moment Instagram made it. Anyone who followed or unfollowed after that won't show until your next file.

Top fans, admirers and ghosts

Open the tool
  • By how many of your last 12 posts each person liked, with comments counting extra. The ones who never miss a post come first.

  • Yes. The same report ranks your last 12 posts by likes and comments, so you can see what your audience loves.

  • Never. You use the file Instagram gives every user, and read your public posts from outside. We don't ask for your password, and nothing is posted, liked or followed.

  • It holds your followers list, which no one can read from outside, and it proves the account is yours. That's why nobody can look up someone else's fans here.

  • Not on the website: a private account's likes can't be read from outside Instagram. It's coming to our app.

  • Someone who keeps liking your posts but doesn't follow you. They come back to your profile again and again, without ever pressing Follow.

  • No one can: Instagram doesn't share profile views with anybody, and sites that claim to show them are making it up. Secret admirers are real people with real likes on your posts.

  • Your last 12. On posts with thousands of likes, about 100 likers each are counted.

  • Someone who follows you but never likes or comments. Inactive accounts, bots, and people who just stopped caring all show up here.

  • That's up to you. Many accounts tidy them up, because followers who never engage can make your posts reach fewer people. Tap any name to open their profile.

  • Your last 12 posts. Someone who liked an older post but none of these still counts as a ghost here.

Followers, likes and comments

Open the tool
  • Type their username above. You get their followers and who they follow, with a search across the whole list and a spreadsheet download.

  • Instagram only shows people outside an account part of its followers when the account is large. Search still finds anyone in the full list: type a name or username and press Search.

  • Yes. The CSV button saves what's on screen as a spreadsheet: username, name, profile link, verified and private.

  • No. Nothing is followed or viewed from your account, and you don't log in.

  • No. A private account's followers can't be seen from outside, and we don't try to get around that.

  • Copy the post's link in Instagram (Share, then Copy link), paste it above and tap See likes. You get the list of people who liked it, each with a link to their profile.

  • Instagram only lists about 100 likers of a post to anyone outside the account. On posts with thousands of likes you see those 100, and the total.

  • Paste the post's link above and tap See comments. You get the comments with who wrote them and how many likes each one has.

  • The first 15 that Instagram returns, and the total count.

  • No. Nothing is posted, liked or followed, and you don't log in.

Profile analyzer

Open the tool
  • We add up the likes and comments on each recent post, take the average, and divide it by the number of followers. Posts where the owner hid the like count are left out, so they don't drag the number down.

  • The latest 24 posts on the grid, or fewer if the account has posted less. Stories and highlights aren't counted.

  • We group the recent posts by weekday and by two-hour window and see which ones got the most likes and comments. A day or time only counts once it has at least two posts, so one lucky post can't decide it. Times are shown in your own time zone.

  • No. You'll see its name, photo and counts, but its posts stay private and we don't try to get around that.

  • No. Our server reads the public posts, so nothing about you reaches Instagram or the account.

  • Yes. An analysis counts as one lookup, the same as viewing the profile.

Hashtags and shadowban

Open the tool
  • From Instagram's own hashtag search, with the number of posts each one has right now. Nothing is made up or guessed.

  • Instagram allows 30 a post. A mix works best: a few big ones for reach, and more medium and small ones where your post stays visible for longer. The Best mix button picks that for you.

  • On a hashtag with millions of posts, yours drops out of the recent list within minutes. On a smaller one it stays near the top for hours, in front of people who care about that topic.

  • Yes. Searching hashtags doesn't use your daily lookups.

  • People use the word when Instagram quietly shows your posts to fewer people, for example by leaving them out of hashtag pages. Instagram doesn't send any notice, which is why people check.

  • We take your newest post that has hashtags and look for it in the recent posts of up to three of those hashtags. If it's there, people browsing them can find it.

  • Not necessarily. On very busy hashtags a post scrolls out of the recent list within minutes, and older posts are always gone from it. Post with a smaller hashtag and check again within the hour. If it's missing again and again, your reach is probably being limited.

  • Posts from private accounts never appear under hashtags for people who don't follow them. That's normal, not a shadowban.

Block checker

Open the tool
  • We look the account up from outside Instagram, without anyone's login, where a block can't hide it. If it shows here but not in your app, a block is the likely reason. If it's gone here too, it was deactivated, renamed, deleted or suspended.

  • No one can, from outside Instagram. Instagram never tells you. What we can do is rule out the other reasons an account disappears, which is usually enough to know.

  • No. Nothing is sent to them or to Instagram in your name.

  • The owner switched the account off for a while. It disappears for everybody and comes back as soon as they log in again.

  • Yes. A check counts as one of your daily lookups.

  • Type your text above, tap Copy next to the style you like, then paste it into your bio in Instagram (Edit profile, then Bio). It works in your name, captions, comments and stories too.

  • These styles are special characters, not real fonts. A few older phones don't have every character, so they show a box instead. Bold, italic and script work almost everywhere.

  • No. Instagram usernames only allow letters, numbers, dots and underscores. Use them in your name and bio instead.

  • Yes, completely, with no sign-up.
